Three of the services above — Mechanical Contracting, Building Project Contracting and Electrical Contracting — are marked on the trade licence as requiring a classification certificate from the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities. They are therefore not described here as unconditionally licensed. The remaining three services carry no such mark on the licence.
